mixed experience, some issues
unwelcoming staff serious maintainance
the location was good, near the business bay metro.
the service at the front desk need some improvements, alan was really unwelcoming, i was asked to pay extra to check in one hour early, that attitude made me not choose this hotel again and the hotel building is old and needs serious maintaining.

rushed breakfast ageing furniture
The breakfast was fine, i suppose. but the staff started removing food before the stated closing time. it felt rushed and a bit annoying. I like to take my time. also, the furniture looked like it had seen better days. Some of the items needed updating or replacing to match the expected standards.

breakfast option clean room gym equipment old furniture poor lighting lobby noise
the breakfast included many options it covered various tastes. the room was clean the bed was comfortable. the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes.
the furniture seemed old it showed wear. the room was dark the lighting was not bright. the noise from the lobby was noticeable at night.

comfortable king bed metro station available taxis
the room had a comfortable king bed. i also appreciated the proximity to the metro station (it's a short walk). taxis were always readily available just outside the hotel, it was useful.
the public parking under the sun was not ideal.
